The Fitness Program offers a variety of classes to get you inspired and moving! We offer a monthly membership that allows you access to unlimited classes for only $10. Your membership includes all materials, props, and quality instruction. Our classes challenge your heart, soul, mind, and strength as they include not only exercise, but wellness education and a focus on God.

Senior Fitness

The fitness program offers everything from Christian yoga to early morning circuit training classes. Each class is taught by a certified instructor. Several classes focus on seniors and their well-being. Our front desk has a calendar of the current classes and membership information.

To join the fitness program, simply show up to any class. You may try out all of our classes during your free week. After that, sign up for membership online or with one of our instructors.

The fitness program meets in the Longmont Church of Christ building on Collyer St. We are conveniently located between Mountain View and 15th Avenue.
